Aethir at GTC and GDC
NVIDIA’s GPU Technology Conference (GTC) and The Game Developers Conference (GDC), two of the most esteemed global events for AI and gaming, were held in March. Aethir’s teams were there to represent our vision of decentralized cloud computing.
At GTC, our AI enterprise team, led by Kyle Okamoto, Aethir’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), had the opportunity to witness the unveiling of various AI innovations and events focused on key AI trends. Compute demand has soared to new heights. Agentic AI and complex reasoning tasks now call for GPU capacity 100 times greater than past standards, sparking a boom in data center construction. With tools like NVIDIA’s Dynamo, which optimizes GPU efficiency and reduces costs, access to high-end computing is opening up. GTC 2025 brought a wave of NVIDIA-driven reveals, each amplifying what’s possible for AI infrastructure. The conference featured the Blackwell platform, led by the GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchip, built to handle models with trillions of parameters. The Omniverse platform leveled up, enhancing simulations, CAD workflows, and physics-driven rendering for industrial digital twins with tools like the Newton Physics Engine. The conference showed that AI innovation is just starting and will require massive GPU computing power.
AT GDC, our gaming team, led by Paul Thind, Aethir’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), experienced firsthand how the gaming industry is going through significant changes, with new trends shaping the sector’s future. Numerous GDC panels highlighted the prominent role of AI integration within the gaming industry, with a special focus on generative AI for game development. Gaming is expanding to new frontiers, with 1.5+ billion Smart TVs in homes worldwide that can potentially become cloud gaming devices. At the same time, transmedia storytelling and extended reality gaming are becoming hot trends, showing the growing demand for innovative, immersive gameplay experiences.

Onboarding GB200s and B200s into Aethir’s GPU Cloud
Shortly after the unveiling of the GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchip at NVIDIA GTC, we announced that Aethir is proud to be among the first platforms offering both GB200 and B200 accelerator clusters as a service, now available globally. By onboarding GB200s and B200s, we are demonstrating Aethir’s AI computing leadership in the decentralized GPU cloud sector.
The NVIDIA GB200 combines Grace CPUs with Blackwell GPUs, significantly boosting performance, with up to 4x faster training than the H100. Optimized for complex AI workloads, GB200 handles token-intensive inference, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI with unmatched efficiency. The NVIDIA B200 accelerator provides dedicated GPU performance with dual Blackwell GPU dies. It’s engineered for AI-centric workloads and excels in large-scale training of large language models (LLMs), high-throughput inference, complex simulations, and generative AI workloads.
